Mlwbd Terms & Conditions — Please read before use

1 Eligibility & Registration

To open an account with mlwbd, you must be 18 years of age or older. This isn't just a formality — keeping minors away from gaming is a responsibility we take seriously. You'll need to provide your correct date of birth at registration, and may be asked to verify your age via national ID or passport during the verification process.

All information provided at registration must be accurate — including your name, phone number, email address (if provided), and national ID number. mlwbd may request KYC verification at any time. Withdrawals may be put on hold until verification is complete.

• A maximum of one account is permitted per person, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• Accounts cannot be opened in a corporate or business name.
• Mlwbd employees and their immediate family members are not permitted to play on the platform.
• If false information is provided at registration, the account and its balance may be forfeited.

2 Account & Security

You are solely responsible for the security of your mlwbd account. Never share your login credentials — username and password — with anyone, including family or friends. Your account is for your use only.

If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, change your password immediately and contact the support team via live chat. Enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) adds a strong layer of protection to your account.

• Sharing or selling your account to any third party is strictly prohibited.
• It is strongly recommended to change your password regularly and always use a strong password.
• Avoid logging in over public Wi-Fi, or use a VPN.
• Keep your contact information accurate and up to date in your account.

3 Deposits & Withdrawals

Mlwbd supports transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Currently accepted payment methods are bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Please only transact using a mobile banking account registered in your own name — using a third-party account may result in your withdrawal being held.

The minimum deposit is ৳100 and the minimum withdrawal is ৳500. KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal — this is a one-time process. Once verified, Silver members receive payment within 24 hours, Gold members within 4 hours, and Platinum & Elite members receive instant payments.

• Deposited funds are credited directly to your gaming balance — typically within minutes.
• If the name on your account doesn't match at the time of withdrawal, processing may be delayed.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are fully met.
• Mlwbd may request additional documentation to verify transactions.
• Mlwbd reserves the right to block or investigate any transaction where fraud is suspected.

4 Bonuses & Promotions

Mlwbd regularly offers promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, and free spins. Each offer comes with its own terms — the most important of which are the wagering requirements and validity period.

Mlwbd bonus wagering requirements typically range from 5x to 20x. For example, if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus with a 5x requirement, you would need to place ৳5,000 in bets before any bonus winnings can be withdrawn. These bets can be placed on any eligible game.

• Bonus validity periods are typically 7 to 30 days — each offer will specify its own timeframe.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus abuse — including arbitrage betting or fraudulent rollover activity — will result in the cancellation of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Voucher codes are for your own use only — they cannot be used on another person's account.
• Mlwbd reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time.

5 Code of Conduct & Prohibitions

Mlwbd is committed to maintaining a respectful and orderly environment. All members are expected to treat one another with courtesy. Using disrespectful, threatening, or offensive language toward the support team or other users is strictly prohibited.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on mlwbd:

• Opening multiple accounts or using someone else's account.
• Attempting to gain an unfair advantage by exploiting system or game vulnerabilities.
• Introducing funds from money laundering or illegal sources into a gaming account.
• Placing bets using software bots or automated programs.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to mlwbd's systems.
• Using false information to circumvent promotion terms.

6 Account Closure & Suspension

You may close your account at any time — simply notify the support team via live chat or email. Before closing, make sure to request a withdrawal of any remaining balance.

Mlwbd may suspend or close an account for the following reasons:

• If false information provided at registration is proven.
• If evidence of multiple accounts or fraudulent activity is found.
• Refusing to complete KYC verification.
• If there is suspicion of anti-money laundering policy violations.
• Repeated violations of the code of conduct.

If an account is suspended, the support team will, where possible, inform you of the reason and provide details on the appeals process.
